What is the standard shipping timeframe for equipment?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. Custom orders, such as personalized team uniforms or custom-strung rackets, may require an additional 7-14 days for processing before shipment.
Does Harrow Sports offer a warranty on squash and field hockey sticks?
Yes, we stand behind our quality. Most high-performance sticks come with a limited 30-day or 60-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that normal wear and tear or damage from hitting goalposts or other hard surfaces is not covered.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to generate a prepaid shipping label.
Can I place a bulk order for my school or club team?
Absolutely. We offer specialized team pricing and customization services for schools, clubs, and professional organizations. Please contact our Team Sales department via the contact form to receive a custom quote and design consultation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital payment options including PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For team orders, we also accept official school Purchase Orders (POs).
